Yōko Mihara (1933–2013) war eine japanische Schauspielerin, Tänzerin und Pin-up-Modell, die von den 1950er- bis in die 1970er-Jahre vor allem im Exploitationkino spielte. In Nagisa Ōshimas Kriegsdrama The Catch (1961) spielt sie neben Rentarō Mikuni und Akiko Koyama.
